Leland Rocchio serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Jordan Foster’s Building Group. With more than 25 years of experience within the construction industry, Dr. Rocchio has held the positions of project engineer, senior project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, business development manager, vice president, and executive vice president.

Dr. Rocchio earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Dr. Rocchio is a member of the Executive Committee for both the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) – South Texas Chapter and the Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) at Texas A&M University. He also is a member of YPO, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and an Eagle Scout.
