Description:
This project included the rehabilitation of a historical mayoral residence which had partially collapsed. It is an adobe structure with roof made of wood vigas and latillas. A modern roof was constructed over this historic roof to help ensure weather tightness of the structure. Crumbling walls were repaired, electricity and HVAC were added and the doors, windows and interior millwork replaced.
