Description:
Freeport Corporate Center was a four-building project consisting of buildings 1, 2, 4, and 6. These were constructed with concrete tilt panels with a structural steel and metal deck roof system. Building #1 is approximately 383,425 square-feet, building #2 is approximately 180,440 square-feet, building #4 is approximately 114,600 square-feet, and Building #6 is approximately 142,120 square-feet. Warehouse construction consisted of piers, reinforced concrete slab on moisture cured subgrade, steel columns, beams, joist, metal deck, built up roofing, dock doors, skylights, fire protection, minimal unit heaters and lighting, concrete paving, landscaping and irrigation.
