Jordan Foster Construction provided roadway and bridge construction services of 2.132 miles and a 0.052 mile connecting bridge to the intersection at Transmountain Road. Scope of work included new right-of-way, earthwork, utilities, flex base, paving, landscaping, drainage work, bridges, bridge class culverts, illumination, signing, striping and pedestrian elements.
