Description:
The University of Texas at El Paso Student Housing project consists of 12 residential buildings, containing 228 units in one-, two-, and four-bedroom groupings, and a commons building, which houses administrative and group meeting facilities, has a 432-resident capacity with provisions for five resident advisors and four laundry rooms. All sitework was required for the installation of utility infrastructure connections to the buildings and for ordinary and recreational use of spaces surrounding the buildings, including vehicle parking.
