Located approximately 30 miles north of Houston in The Woodlands, Avia Hotel is a five-story, 70-unit room boutique hotel consisting of 23,248 gross square-feet of retail lease space and 66,818 gross square-feet of hotel. Our involvement in this project included all supporting improvements, facilities, and equipment and related site work on a .888 acre site at the Market Street Development.
