For the past nine years, Jesus Miranda has been a driving force in promoting safety culture at JFC. His “Lead by Example,” approach has made him someone many seek out when they need guidance.

The integrity and respect that Jesus has for his work is evident. He consistently makes time to educate and be there for team members on and off the field. His ability to remain calm and focused during even the most stressful situations makes him an exceptional role model.

Jesus embodies all of our core values, however “Job Done Right” is what comes to mind first. Jesus has managed to find that middle point where policy and implementation can merge. He focuses on making sure safety culture is communicated the right way the first time.
