The EPIA Terminal Enhancements project includes new landscape and lighting improvements from the intersection of Montana and Airway and continuing through and around Terminal Drive loop. Other features include a custom mural, new sidewalks and walkways, and an enhanced plaza at The Equestrian to provide pedestrian connectivity between the Terminal and surrounding hotels and restaurants.

Constructed for the Texas Department of Transportation, this slope stabilization project addressed hazardous
rockfall conditions along State Loop 360 just north of the Pennybacker Bridge. The project included 50-foot-deep rock cuts, removal of approximately 140,000 cubic yards of limestone, installation of improved drainage channels with rock and concrete riprap, and new roadway striping to enhance long-term safety.

The Jordan Foster team developed an innovative traffic control plan that improved safety while maintaining traffic flow on
one of Austin’s busiest roadways. Unstable rock excavation adjacent to active lanes was completed during nighttime lane closures using specialized equipment, while close coordination with TxDOT and sound monitoring minimized impacts to the
traveling public.

Jordan Foster Construction performed as General Contractor on the TxDOT IH-10 / US54 Renovation. This contract was to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction improvements involving LED illumination, structure repairs, and painting for a complete and operable project as intended by the drawings and specifications of the Texas Dept. of Transportation. This project was one of three phases of improvements for El Paso, enhancing the aesthetics of the El Paso airport corridor.

The project consists of the construction of a new, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility totaling approximately 64,781 square feet. The two-story facility features 80 private patient rooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a dedicated rehabilitation gym designed to support patient recovery and wellness.

The facility will provide comprehensive skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and complex medical care services for patients transitioning from hospital care who require additional treatment before returning home. Designed to enhance patient comfort, dignity, and outcomes, the center will serve as a modern alternative to traditional nursing homes. Through partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and local healthcare providers, the facility will deliver high-quality post-acute care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Designed for the manufacturing and assembly of specialized electrical components, this facility provides a modern, high-performance environment optimized for efficient production. Constructed with concrete tilt-wall panels, the building features a
28-foot clear-height warehouse, mezzanine, and integrated office space with conference rooms and employee support areas. 

The fully insulated facility is equipped with refrigerated air and electric heating, an ESFR wet fire sprinkler system, skylights, and
energy-efficient LED lighting with Bluetooth controls, occupancy sensors, and daylight harvesting technology. Purpose-built for advanced manufacturing, the facility combines durable construction with modern building systems to support long-term operational efficiency and productivity.

The El Paso Electric Distribution Operations Center is on a 45-acre campus and serves as a key location for the utility’s service, maintenance, and distribution needs. It includes a 96,640-square-foot Operations Facility with offices, testing areas, and a central plant. There is also a 24,244-square-foot Fleet Services Facility with maintenance bays and fabrication spaces, and a 28,758-square-foot Warehouse that has office space. These buildings are made of precast concrete panels and structural steel, making them strong and efficient for long-term use. They feature large windows, skylights for better natural lighting, and an emergency backup power generator. These thoughtful designs create a safe, high-performing environment that supports critical utility operations and enables future growth.

This Design-Build project involved the extensive renovation of a 78,000 SF warehouse, transforming it into a functional and modern workspace. The scope of work included the demolition of several interior substructures, the addition of new office spaces, and the construction of updated restrooms. While structural improvements were minimal, the project focused on reinforcing key sections of the roof’s structural steel. The building’s original design featured an interior CMU façade with an exterior brick veneer, which was seamlessly integrated to maintain its architectural integrity.

Franklin Mountain Packaging (FMP) is a build-to-suit facility located in Santa Teresa, NM. The new building is constructed using concrete tilt-wall panels and features a 28-ft clear height warehouse equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, HVLS fans, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, dock doors with seals, motorized overhead doors, and storefronts fitted with low-E glass.

The roofing system consists of a mechanically fastened 60-mil TPO membrane over R-11 polyiso rigid foam insulation, supported by a galvanized white roof deck. In addition to the warehouse space, the facility includes over 13,000 SF of ancillary areas, featuring office spaces, shipping and receiving amenities, a maintenance shop, and a dedicated room for cutting dies and print plates.
