Jordan Foster Construction performed as General Contractor on the TxDOT IH-10 / US54 Renovation. This contract was to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction improvements involving LED illumination, structure repairs, and painting for a complete and operable project as intended by the drawings and specifications of the Texas Dept. of Transportation. This project was one of three phases of improvements for El Paso, enhancing the aesthetics of the El Paso airport corridor.
