Located downtown in the Crockett Street Entertainment District on a landscaped 16-acre site, Jordan Foster Construction’s Beaumont Event Center project consists of a 20,000-square-foot building that the City of Beaumont plans to utilize for public and private events, both indoors and out. Interior project features include granite flooring and acoustical wall panels, a custom chandelier in the Ballroom Hall, an event stage, a catering prep room, and associated dressing rooms. Exterior specifics include curtainwall, masonry, composite metal panels, Brazilian hardwood siding, exposed architectural steel columns, and complete site landscaping and irrigation. The site’s lake incorporates a 35-foot-tall geyser fountain at its center, a granite-clad retaining wall, and custom ornamental lighting fixtures both lakeside and along the decomposed granite walking trails.
