This project, known as Citadel Urban, is the exciting Phase II of The Citadel at Westpointe, located near 151 and 410 in San Antonio, TX. It is a 20-month endeavor involving the construction of two garden-style buildings. These post-tension slab, wood-framed structures will house a total of 181 apartments, spanning 221,000 square feet, and feature attractive masonry and wood siding exteriors.

The complex offers a range of amenities, including a modern leasing/club area, fitness room, and a beautifully landscaped pool and courtyard area complete with a cabana and grill. Both buildings boast inner courtyard spaces, tuck-under garages, and ample onsite parking. To cater to four-legged residents, there’s also a dedicated dog park area.
