The new, 134,711 gross square-foot Floodgate apartment building will be located in downtown San Antonio. The 17-story building’s river and street levels will have a restaurant and space for additional amenities. Levels 2 – 4 will have 81 parking spaces, totaling 22,050 square-feet. Level 5 is an amenity level which will include features such as an indoor lounge, outdoor garden, gallery space, pool and a dog lawn.
