Phase I – Located on a 17.6-acre site in Rowlett, the Harmony Hill project consists of seven residential buildings with 326 total units and 387,767 gross square-feet. The one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes, which include designer interior finishes, range in size from 560 to 1,263 square-feet. Community amenities center around a 7,014-square-foot clubhouse, which features a fitness center, business center, swimming pool, and pavilion. Residents also have access to the community’s 9-hole disc golf course and trails for biking and jogging. Project parking includes 103 garage spaces, 115 carport parking spots, and 447 surface spaces.
Phase II – Harmony Hill Phase II will host 318 apartment units in two four-story and six three-story eUrban buildings, with 266,092 net rentable square-feet. A large, resort-style pool will be the centerpiece of the project, complemented by a resident clubhouse with a workout facility, cyber lounge, recreation area, and a community kitchen. These luxurious residences will support today’s tech integrated lifestyles with USB ports inside each unit and Wi-Fi in all common areas. Notable, contemporary design is featured throughout and includes 10-foot high ceilings, 8-foot front doors, extensive sound attenuation, over-sized windows, granite countertops and chic, clean interior design finishes
As with Phase I, there are 101 tuck-under garages, plus ample surface parking with each building.
