The Lake Highlands Town Center project is the first phase (Haven Lake Highlands) of a new mixed-use community. Phase I includes a residential four-story wrap structure, with a cast-in-place parking garage. The target LEED Certified project hosts 259 units, ranging in size from 518 square-foot studios to 1,286 square-foot three-bedroom homes. Amenities include espresso cabinetry and granite countertops, walk-in closets, balconies, stainless steel appliances, 9′ to 11′ ceilings, a resort-style pool with wet deck, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. Green features include energy-efficient a/c systems and low-e windows, programmable thermostats, low-VOC paints and sealants, and water-conserving landscape irrigation.
