Magoffin is a ninety-one unit HUD apartment complex a short distance east of downtown El Paso consisting of two buildings constructed of wood framing with exterior finishes of stucco, Harding Board siding and brick located on 1.69 acres. There are five handicap units on the first floor with three in A building and two in B building.
