Millennium Place Apartments is a two-building, 228-unit complex with Class A finishes, two courtyards, and a resort-style pool. Located in Corinth, Texas, just south of Denton and directly off I-35, Millennium Place Apartments anchor a new mixed-use community, which includes restaurants, retail, and a wedding and event center. The two wood-framed residential structures are four-story, e-Urban design, with a predominantly brick and stucco exterior. A clubhouse and leasing center is located on the first floor of Building One, along with a workout facility. Building Two features a rooftop deck, which overlooks the future master planned community. Site work includes an amenity detention pond, walkways, and a decorative fountain.
