Project features include a one-level, 25,064 square-foot concrete podium for retail use, 112,862 net rentable square-feet, and a 7,936 square-foot resident clubhouse. A pedestrian bridge attaches the main building to a 170,360 square-foot parking garage with 453 dedicated spaces.
