Description:
The five-story, 164,263 square-foot Pinnacle Bank Place, located in downtown Fort Worth, consists of 130 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments with an average unit size of 865 square-feet. Project features include a one-level, 25,064 square-foot concrete podium for retail use, 112,862 net rentable square-feet, and a 7,936 square-foot resident clubhouse. A pedestrian bridge attaches the main building to a 170,360 square-foot parking garage with 453 dedicated spaces.
