The Porsche Center of San Antonio is a new 25,000-square-foot LEED Gold Certified automotive dealership in San Antonio, Texas. The new dealership includes a state-of-the-art showroom, service center, parts areas, sales and management offices, as well as covered parking on the exterior for the display of cars.

 Porsche San Antonio is one of a select few LEED Gold Certified car dealerships in the world and the only LEED Gold Certified Porsche dealership in the United States. The project utilized the USGBC LEED Gold Standard Guidelines version 2009, which are much more difficult to achieve than prior versions of LEED, incorporating local materials, energy-efficient power and lighting, recycled content and waste, in addition to enhanced indoor air quality performance.

 Spanning three acres, the Porsche of San Antonio dealership includes a solar panel roof, rainwater collection system and low volatile-organic-compound-emitting furniture, paint, insulation and building materials. Construction of the facility began in January 2011 and was completed in just 11 months.
