Description:
The Citadel at Westpointe is a garden style apartment complex consisting of two 3-story residential structures, nine 2-story residential structures, a clubhouse and four detached garage structures. A dog park and pool with a lounge/cabana area were also installed as part of the project. There are a total of 282 units with a total leasable area of approximately 74,712 square-feet. The residential buildings are conventional wood framed. The buildings’ exterior consists primarily of a mixture of stone, fiber cement siding, and composite shingle roofing.
