Jordan Foster Construction (formerly CF Jordan Construction) performed as General Contractor under this contract to furnish all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction improvements involving led illumination, structure repairs, and painting for a complete and operable project as intended by the drawings and specifications by the Texas Dept. of Transportation.
This project constructed was one of three phase improvements for El Paso; improving the aesthetics for the El Paso airport corridor.
