Watters Creek Building “V” is a 5 story high density project developed on a 1.98 acre site. There are 109 total units with a mixed-use retail and residential entities on the first floor. The upper 4 stories consist of a complete wood frame structure over a concrete podium that contains typical reinforcing plus a post tension slab. The first floor slab is a slab-on-void structure and contains metal stud framing for all walls under the second story podium. The roof is a TPO type roofing system with hardi reveal, stucco and metal siding as the exterior veneer of the building.
