Building the Bridge to Jordan Foster’s Future
At Jordan Foster Construction, our people are our most valuable asset, and the Career Pathway program is the bridge to their future and ours.
This structured roadmap empowers employees to see what’s possible, access training and mentorship, and advance with confidence. In an industry where career progression has often been unclear, this program redefines growth in construction—offering not just projects to complete, but careers to build.

The Career Pathway ensures succession planning is intentional. With defined tracks, personalized training plans, and open communication, JFC equips today’s employees to become tomorrow’s leaders. Beyond technical skills, the program fosters the behavioral, relational, and leadership capabilities that will carry the company forward. As employees feel valued and supported, they see their growth as inseparable from Jordan Foster’s success.
Leading the program is Training and Development Manager Valerie Cortez, who serves as both architect and guide. She connects employees with the resources, mentors, and opportunities they need—bridging potential with possibility. Valerie brings more than a decade of experience in education, leadership, and business ownership, blending her ability to design learning that sticks with her entrepreneurial drive to build sustainable systems and inspire growth.
By empowering employees with clarity, training, and support, Jordan Foster is shaping a stronger company and a brighter future—one where every role, whether in the field or office, has the potential to grow into leadership.
