A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Todd has spent most of his career in the construction industry, with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Most recently, Todd served as Vice President of Operations for Austin Bridge & Road in North Texas, leading a wide range of projects, including highway construction, airports, railroads, and ports. He has a specialized focus on large bridge structures, including notable work on the President George Bush Turnpike across Lake Ray Hubbard and the interchange with Interstate 30 in Dallas, Texas.

Seasoned Financial Executive Known for Process Improvement and Team Building

San Antonio, TX – January 27, 2025 – Jordan Foster Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Georgian Whitenight, CPA, CCIFP, to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Whitenight has been with Jordan Foster since 2019 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.

With a diverse professional background spanning hospitality, banking, education, and construction, Ms.  Whitenight has a comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance. Over the past few years, she has played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s financial operations and building cohesive, high-performing accounting teams. Ms. Whitenight is passionate about process improvement and fostering collaboration across departments, which has made her a trusted leader within Jordan Foster.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Whitenight is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), serving on the board of the El Paso chapter. She is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and serves as treasurer for both her local church and the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande.

Located in downtown El Paso, La Nube is a unique and ambitious facility featuring a stunning, cloud-like architectural design developed by the internationally renowned firm Snøhetta, a Norwegian architectural firm headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The building’s innovative structure includes complex, curved steel elements, a standing seam metal roof with 60-foot curved panels, and an expansive atrium with a sophisticated smoke exhaust system—the first of its kind in the region. Despite significant challenges, including supply chain disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and labor shortages, Jordan Foster’s team demonstrated resilience and adaptability, ensuring the successful completion of this groundbreaking project.

La Nube, which means “the cloud” in Spanish, was conceived as a space where imagination takes shape, providing a bilingual and inclusive environment where families and people of all ages can engage with STEAM learning. The project was made possible through a unique public-private partnership between the City of El Paso, the El Paso Community Foundation, and community stakeholders.

The EIC awards recognized 91 of the nation’s top construction projects in 2023 as the leading national competition that annually honors general and specialty contractors for industry-leading, safe and innovative construction projects from across the country.

The new Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo Clinic is a vital addition to the health and welfare of their community. It is a catalyst for improved healthcare accessibility and service delivery to American Indian/Alaska Natives residing across the Pueblo and the greater El Paso regions. The new YDSP clinic provides primary, dental, mental, and behavioral healthcare services and offers an in-house pharmacy and laboratory. This unique and expanded medical facility will allow YDSP to increase patient visits from 8,600 in 2019 to an estimated 38,000 yearly patient visits.
