Jordan Foster Construction to Deliver Advanced Manufacturing Facility in El Paso
El Paso, Texas – May 6, 2026 – Jordan Foster Construction (JFC) has been selected to deliver a new advanced manufacturing facility in El Paso, marking the first phase of a larger development intended to support innovation, job creation, and long-term economic growth in the region. The facility will be located at the intersection of George Perry Blvd. and Global Reach Drive, which is part of the Advanced Manufacturing District.

The approximately 50,000-square-foot facility will include 10,000 square feet of office and shared administrative space and 40,000 square feet of flexible industrial shell space designed to accommodate multiple future tenants. The building will provide the infrastructure and flexibility needed to support a variety of advanced manufacturing operations as the project evolves and new tenants are secured. Delivered through a design-build approach, JFC has worked closely with the owner and project design team from the earliest stages of development to help guide design decisions, evaluate cost-effective material options, and ensure the project remains aligned with budget and performance goals.
“This project reflects the strength of a truly collaborative design-build process,” said Ash Kamath, Building Group Vice President at JFC. “By working closely with the owner, various stakeholders, and our design partners, we are on track to deliver a facility that prioritizes functionality, adaptability, and long-term performance. Projects like this not only meet today’s operational needs but also position El Paso to attract and support the next generation of advanced manufacturing—strengthening the region’s competitiveness and economic growth.”

The building will be constructed using tilt-wall concrete construction and will feature a combination of architectural elements, including stone accents, metal panel systems, and canopy features that enhance the facility’s visual presence. The project also includes supporting site infrastructure such as roadways, perimeter security features, a guardhouse, fencing, landscaping, and monument signage.
Designed to serve multiple tenants, the facility will include shared office amenities such as conference rooms, training areas, and administrative workspaces. The industrial shell space will allow for flexible subdivision to accommodate a range of tenant sizes and operational needs as future manufacturing users occupy the building. The project is being designed with sustainability and future adaptability in mind, including provisions that allow for potential future systems such as solar installations and additional power infrastructure as the development continues to grow. JFC’s scope also includes preparing the site infrastructure needed to support the facility’s long-term operations, ensuring future tenants can efficiently adapt the space to meet their specific manufacturing requirements.
“Our goal was to elevate an industrial building into one that also reflects the innovation and quality of today’s advanced manufacturing environments,” said Roman Marquez, JFC’s Senior Project Manager. “Through careful material selection, refined detailing, and careful site integration, we’ve created a space that is both adaptable for advanced manufacturing users and visually distinctive—supporting the region’s growth as a hub for next-generation industry.”
The project team includes Mijares Mora Architects as the architect and Treanor as a specialty consultant supporting advanced manufacturing planning.
