For more than three decades, Ruben has been a driving force behind our field operations—literally. With 32 years of service, his role transporting heavy construction equipment has been essential to keeping our projects moving forward safely and efficiently. From his early days with Southwest Road & Paving to continuing his journey when Paco Jordan expanded operations, Ruben’s loyalty and work ethic have remained constant.

Ruben’s day-to-day work is no small task. He carefully secures massive machinery with chains, ensures every load is safely prepped, and delivers equipment precisely where it’s needed across our job sites. His attention to detail and commitment to safety make a direct impact on the success of our crews in the field.

Today, we’re proud to recognize Ruben not only for his years of dedication but also with a new, custom semi truck—complete with specialty decals that reflect his pride in his work and his long-standing commitment to Jordan Foster Construction.
